Meet Jim - a dad, husband, veteran, devoted entrepreneur, and Christ follower from rural Kentucky with a passion for technology and hard work. After serving in the U.S. Air Force and Army National Guard, he applied his gained global insights and advanced resources towards enhancing his technical skills and entrepreneurial ventures. Despite his military service, Jim was compelled to pursue entrepreneurship, starting with small services and eventually branching out into owning a pizza restaurants, coffee shop, real estate investment, and IT consulting. Together with his wife, Debbie, they've developed over 15 businesses, proving their innovative spirit and business savvy.
An alumnus of Morehead State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems, Jim is committed to continually upgrading his IT knowledge and stays updated with the latest industry trends. He holds a U.S. Patent for a radiology software application, Genesis Vault, and is also a Guinness World Record beneficiary.
Despite his successes, Jim remains grounded and is recognized for his commonsense approach and integrity when effecting change in small to large companies. During his downtime, he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his furry companion, Biscuit.
Jim empathizes with the hurdles faced by entrepreneurs and is always ready to lend his expertise to others, making him an invaluable asset to any project.

Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, her British Army family's postings across Europe, notably a 13-year stay in Germany, exposed her to various cultures. Despite her Scottish roots, she has a deep affection for Liverpool, England, where her father was raised.

Debbie and her husband, Jim, began their shared journey in England during Jim's military service. United by their faith and entrepreneurial aspirations, they embarked on numerous businesses, such as real estate, a moving company, and eateries. Their current endeavor, J&D Consulting, capitalizes on Jim's technological expertise, with Debbie ensuring smooth back-office administration.
An avid food enthusiast, Debbie's passion permeates her professional and personal life. Her love for culinary experiences influences her restaurant ventures and the meals she prepares for loved ones, especially during festive occasions. She enjoys Pilates, spending time with family and friends, wine pairing, and planning retirement with Jim. Debbie's zest for life and her contagious smile, combined with her passion for food and family, truly make everyone feel welcome.

Chris honed his customer advocacy skills as a ski instructor in Colorado between 2017 and 2018. As a systems design engineer and CRM consultant, he specializes in the design, development, and administration of the Zoho One® platform. His thirst for learning helps him constantly upgrade his knowledge and skills.
In his downtime, Chris relishes exploring his local city, trying out new food, and spending time with friends from his mountain retreat. He enjoys experimenting with design patterns and statistics, and constantly seeks opportunities to broaden his professional toolkit. Chris's passion for life and learning resonates in his work, making him a driven and enthusiastic individual.

In her free time, Meranda undertakes home improvement projects, maintains her flower garden, volunteers at her local church, and enjoys vacations on cruises or at Disney World. A country girl at heart, she's comfortable with farm work, enjoys 4-H events, horse riding, and ATV adventures.
